In this unprecedented time we all have the choice to accept, change, and grow or to resist, do nothing and wait. I have never known a successful person to wait around for anything. Social isolation seems like a very torturous idea. However, I strongly believe we can do anything for periods of time. Here are some ways to help you navigate through a pandemic or any difficult times: 1) Always keep moving forward, don't think too much about all the what if's. Continue to work toward your dreams and goals. If you don't have dreams and goals maybe it is a good time to reflect on what those might be.
