Service Description

Introductory Session is a 55 minute session that will Introduce you to the principles of Pilates, what your core muscles are and why they are important. We will discuss your goals and practice a few exercises to help you discover your core and movements specific to your needs. Additionally we will discuss membership packages and what plan is best for you. These sessions are available through Zoom.
