Participants must have had an Introductory session with Kristy prior to taking this class, no injuries, plus a good awareness of their bodies and their abilities. This class will move through all different ranges of motion and props will be supplied by the client. Class level will be dependent on what each clients needs are for that day and will vary between essential and intermediate exercises.
