- Virtually through Zoom
• Set your own personal goal and get to know your community a little better by sharing your success and your struggle for each week. Each participant will get 5-15 minutes of guidance from Kristy depending on the size of the group. • A 20 minute Pilates/Core workout. • Each week we will have a new topic open for discussion/questions. Topics will evolve around self-motivation, planning vs procrastinating, creative meals and meal prep, sustainable habits gearing toward longevity, envisioning a future filled with joy and purpose or whatever else the group decides they want. • The entire 12 weeks you will have access to all online Pilates classes with Kristy. Results after you take the course: • Get started on and maintain a regular and sustainable exercise routine through accountability and instruction, building the confidence and strength needed to start doing the activities you love and have possibly stopped doing. Maybe even try something more difficult that has been on your bucket list. • Learn how to create small bite sized actionable steps in order to consistently work toward your goals. • Learn how community support plays a big role in staying motivated. • Through group research and discussion learn how to create lifelong strategies for wellness and longevity. • Create a vision for your future and/or your retirement that brings you joy and a sense of purpose.
